Will LeadMarina create duplicate contacts in my client's sub-account?+
No. Every export is matched by a stable Google business identifier, so re-runs, re-exports, and overlapping searches update the same record instead of creating a new one. LeadMarina never duplicates its own leads. Contacts imported from other sources carry no identifier to match, so those are simply left untouched.
Will exports overwrite tags, notes, or custom fields my workflows have set?+
No. Exports upsert the contact's core fields and never touch notes, activities, or custom-field values in your sub-account. Tags are additive-only — LeadMarina adds its own tags and never removes any, including tags your workflows applied.
I run multiple client sub-accounts. How do I route leads to the right one?+
LeadMarina connects to one sub-account (location) at a time — you pick it on GoHighLevel's OAuth screen during approval. To deliver into a different client's location, disconnect GoHighLevel in LeadMarina, connect again, and choose the other sub-account. Exporting to multiple connected sub-accounts at once isn't supported today.
Can new leads trigger my existing GHL workflows?+
Yes. Because LeadMarina's tags are additive, a Contact Tag (tag added) trigger enrolls every newly exported lead automatically. From there your workflow can send first touches, add them to Smart Lists, or use Create Opportunity to place them in a pipeline.
How do I know which phone numbers are mobile before I start texting?+
Every phone (up to 3 per lead) is checked and labeled with its line type — mobile, landline, VoIP, or toll-free — plus the carrier. Check those labels in LeadMarina before you export or start texting; the phone numbers themselves land on the contact in GoHighLevel. Emails are labeled safe, risky, or invalid the same way.
