LeadSwift Alternatives for Local Business Leads

ComparisonOctober 29, 2026 · 9 min read · The LeadMarina team

LeadSwift sells itself as an all-in-one tool: it finds local businesses, enriches them, and sends cold email from the same account. That suits some buyers well. Others find that they only want the lead data, or that the email and phone data needs more checking than they expected, or that the search-per-day pricing does not match how they work. If that is you, this guide covers the main alternatives and says plainly where each one is the better pick.

Everything about competitors below comes from their own public pages as read on 2026-10-29. Where a page does not publish something, this guide says so rather than guess.

First, what LeadSwift actually offers

It helps to know what you are leaving before choosing a replacement. LeadSwift's site describes a search as capturing every business matching your criteria from Google Maps, Yelp and other local business sources, then enriching each result with emails, contacts, ratings, tech stacks, social profiles and SEO data. It also lets you search website HTML for keywords, which is an unusual filter, and it includes cold email outreach with sender rotation, A/B testing, a unified inbox and AI personalization.

Its pricing page lists three plans, and the number of searches per day is the only difference between them:

  • Starter: 1 search per day. $24.99/month billed monthly, or $19.99/month billed annually.
  • Professional: 5 searches per day. $49.99/month billed monthly, or $39.99/month billed annually.
  • Agency: 20 searches per day. $99.99/month billed monthly, or $79.99/month billed annually.

All plans are described as including unlimited leads, contacts, exports, data points and list uploads. The pricing page also mentions a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, and the site shows a promotional 50% off code for annual plans.

If you want search-time filtering and built-in cold email in one product, LeadSwift is a real option, and none of the tools below replace its outreach features the same way. The reasons to look elsewhere are usually narrower: you want verified contact data, you already have an outreach tool, you need a different pricing model, or you want to feed leads into a CRM or an AI assistant.

LeadMarina

What it is

LeadMarina finds local businesses in any US city by niche and returns them as verified sales leads. You enter a business niche, such as plumber, and a US city. Results come from public business listings, and then each lead's website is read for contacts.

What comes back, according to LeadMarina's own description:

  • Emails: up to 3 per lead, each SMTP-checked and labelled safe, risky or invalid.
  • Phones: up to 3 per lead, with line type (mobile, landline, VoIP, toll-free) and carrier.
  • People: owner names from public records or the business's own website where found, plus named contacts with titles where the site lists them.

Delivery is by CSV, Excel or JSON file, or by exports to Google Sheets, Close and GoHighLevel that update existing rows instead of creating duplicates. Searches can repeat on a schedule. There is also a REST API and a remote MCP server that works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients, with no install.

Who it suits

LeadMarina is built for agencies and sales teams that prospect local businesses and want the contact data checked before outreach. It fits people who already have a sending tool or a CRM and want clean data going into it. It is focused on US cities, so it is not the tool for worldwide prospecting.

What it does not do

It is a lead data product, not an outreach platform. If you want sequences, sender rotation and an inbox inside the same tool, that is what LeadSwift bundles and LeadMarina does not.

Pricing

LeadMarina says it has a free plan with 100 verified leads and full API access, with no credit card required. For paid plans, see the pricing page. For a longer side-by-side, read LeadMarina vs LeadSwift.

LocalProspects

What it is

LocalProspects describes itself as AI-enriched Google Maps leads on demand. It scrapes live Google Business Profiles and adds owner names, emails, phone numbers and raw website text. Its demo table shows Maps rank, category, rating, review count, claimed status, and phone type and carrier for each number. It also lists business emails marked as personal or role-based, social profile links, and website content and logo.

It has an MCP server that connects to ChatGPT, Claude, GoHighLevel and Cursor, plus a REST API, and it can run campaigns across many cities and export as CSV.

Who it suits

It is the closest match in approach to LeadMarina: local lead data with owner names and phone types, aimed at cold callers and agencies, with AI-assistant access. If you want to compare the two directly, this is the pair to test side by side on the same niche and city.

Pricing

Its homepage does not publish a full price list. Its comparison table mentions a $119.99/mo plan in connection with API access, but the page does not lay out plan tiers or credit allowances, so check its pricing before you buy. Its pages say it tells you the credit cost before a search runs. The testimonials on its page are the company's own selection, so treat them as marketing, not independent reviews.

Scrap.io

What it is

Scrap.io extracts business listings from Google Maps, Apple Maps and Bing Maps, across 195 countries and 4,000+ business categories. It offers filters on website, phone, email, rating, reviews and social media, plus geo search by polygon or radius, reverse search from a phone, email or domain, CSV file enrichment, an MCP server and a REST API. It states that it uses only publicly available business data.

Who it suits

Scrap.io is the better choice if you work outside the US, need to search by drawn map area, or want to pull large volumes from several map sources. The reverse search and file enrichment features are useful if you already hold a list of phones, emails or websites. It is extraction-oriented, so if you need each email checked and each phone typed for outreach, confirm what its sample export contains. The site offers a sample file to download.

Pricing

Scrap.io sells four monthly plans with export credits. Each place counts once in a 30-day period, and credits do not carry over from month to month. The credit amount rises with each plan:

  • Basic: $35/month billed yearly, or $49/month billed monthly.
  • Professional: $69/month billed yearly, or $99/month billed monthly.
  • Agency: $139/month billed yearly, or $199/month billed monthly.
  • Company: $350/month billed yearly, or $499/month billed monthly.

Higher plans unlock wider geography, more business types per search, and larger radius and polygon searches. An enterprise tier, Atlas, starts from $5,000 per month under contract. The site also offers a 7-day free trial with up to 100 leads. See LeadMarina vs Scrap.io for more.

Outscraper

What it is

Outscraper is a data platform with scrapers for Google Maps and many other sources, available through a web interface and an API. For local leads, the relevant products are the Google Maps Scraper, the Emails & Contacts Scraper, an email verifier, a phone number lookup and a B2B lead generation database.

Who it suits

It suits developers and analysts who want flexible, metered access and are comfortable assembling a workflow from separate pieces. If you need reviews, photos, search results or other Google data in addition to business listings, Outscraper covers far more than the other tools here. If you want one finished lead list with no assembly, the multi-product model takes more work.

Pricing

Outscraper is pay-as-you-go with no monthly fees, and tiers reset every 30 days. The published figures for the products most relevant to lead work:

  • Google Maps Scraper: free for the first 500 businesses, then $3/1,000 records up to 100k businesses, then $1/1,000 records.
  • Emails & Contacts Scraper: free for the first 500 contacts, then $3/1,000 domains up to 100k domains, then $1/1,000 domains.
  • Email verifier: free for the first 25 emails, then $3/1,000 emails up to 100k emails, then $1/1,000 emails.
  • Phone number lookup: free for the first 25 phones, then $5/1,000 phones up to 50k phones, then $3/1,000 phones.
  • B2B Lead Generation Database: $2/1,000 businesses for the first 5k records, $7/1,000 businesses from 5k to 50k records, and $3/1,000 businesses from 50k to 1M records.

Because each step is billed separately, your total depends on how many of them you run. Add them up for your own volume before comparing it to a flat plan. It also offers a refund within 3 days if its tools fail to retrieve data. See LeadMarina vs Outscraper for the longer comparison.

D7 Lead Finder

What it is

D7 Lead Finder searches by keyword and city anywhere in the world and returns up to 1200 business leads per search, with results in 3 minutes or less according to its page. Fields include business name, email, website, postal address and links to social profiles. It also reports review scores from Yelp, Facebook and Google, whether a business is running paid ads, email provider, Facebook Pixel or Google Remarketing use, and whether the site is mobile friendly. Exports are CSV, Excel, PDF or print.

Who it suits

D7 suits agencies that sell marketing or web services and want technical signals about each prospect, such as ad activity and tracking, across many countries. Its homepage does not mention phone line type or email verification, so if checked contacts matter to you, look elsewhere or test carefully.

Pricing

The page shows free daily guest searches and a basic free view that is not exportable. It links to plans but does not state plan prices, so there is no figure to give here. See LeadMarina vs D7 Lead Finder.

Which one fits which situation

  • You want outreach and leads in one tool: stay with LeadSwift, or pair a data tool with a separate sender.
  • You want checked contacts for calling and emailing, US only: test LeadMarina and LocalProspects on the same niche and city.
  • You prospect outside the US or need map-area searches: Scrap.io.
  • You are a developer or need many kinds of Google data: Outscraper.
  • You sell marketing services and want ad and tracking signals worldwide: D7 Lead Finder.

How to test before you switch

Do not decide from feature lists. Run the same search, for example plumbers in one mid-size city, in each tool that offers a free tier or trial. Then check a sample of the leads by hand:

  • How many have an email, and how many of those bounce when you send a small test?
  • How many phone numbers connect, and are they the owner's or a front desk line?
  • How many records are duplicates, closed businesses or wrong categories?
  • How easily does the file get into your CRM without creating duplicate contacts?

The guides on verified business phone numbers and B2B leads for local businesses walk through these checks. If you buy for an agency, lead generation tool for agencies compares broader categories of tools.

A note on pricing models

These tools charge in four different ways, which makes headline prices hard to compare. LeadSwift limits searches per day and says leads are unlimited. Scrap.io limits monthly export credits. Outscraper bills per record or per domain with no subscription. D7 and LocalProspects do not publish full plan tables on the pages read for this guide. A tool that looks cheap per record can cost more once you add email lookup, verification and phone checks as separate line items. Price the full job, from search to a verified, CRM-ready contact, for your expected volume.

Bottom line

No single tool is right for every buyer. If your frustration with LeadSwift is the data quality or the bundled outreach you do not use, a data-focused tool such as LeadMarina or LocalProspects is worth a trial. If it is geography or volume, look at Scrap.io or Outscraper. If it is the lack of marketing signals, D7 may fit. Use the free allowances, check a sample by hand, and pick the one whose output you would actually dial or email.
